This time, it was co-host Jessica Tarlov who stepped up with a thoughtful (and hilarious) gesture that brought some much-needed joy to Timpf’s healing process.
Timpf, a regular panelist on the late-night political talk show Gutfeld!, recently underwent surgery after being diagnosed with stage zero breast cancer.
The diagnosis came just hours before she gave birth to her first child with husband Cameron Friscia, making the past few weeks both life-changing and emotionally intense for the 36-year-old commentator and comedian.
Known for her candid and comedic tone, Timpf has been keeping her fans updated throughout her journey via social media, blending vulnerability with her signature wit. And her co-host on The Five, Jessica Tarlov, clearly shares that sense of humor.
To help lift Timpf’s spirits post-surgery, Tarlov surprised her with a custom cake that read, “Titty Free And Fabulous!”

The bold and cheeky message instantly resonated with Timpf, who took to Instagram Stories on Thursday to share a photo of the cake, writing: “Tysm @jessicatarlov !!”
That same day, Timpf also posted a photo of her legs in a hospital gown and her sock-covered feet, joking about her new figure with the caption: “Post-op! They’re honestly not much smaller than they were before I got pregnant.”
Later, on X (formerly Twitter), she reflected on the significance of the moment with a more emotional note:
“Chapter far from over. But my healing starts today.”
Timpf has maintained her trademark humor even through the difficult days. Just before the surgery, she posted a photo from outside the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, laying out her future:
“Once I recover from childbirth, my mole removal scars heal, I get a double mastectomy, get rid of my cancer, have breast reconstruction surgery & am physically capable of getting back in the gym it’s OVER FOR U B*HEZ #MILF.”**
